Daryl V. Storrs is a versatile artist. She creates
hand-printed, hand-painted lithographic prints and jewelry, as well as
unique pastel paintings. Her experience comes from working with other
artists, including Middlebury College's David Bumbeck, and Sabra Field,
a well-known Vermont woodcut artist. Daryl spent a six-week printmaking
residency at The MacDowell Colony in Peterborough, NH, and holds a
Masters in Printmaking from U-Mass Amherst.
Daryl
has had 25 years of printmaking experience, and has been creating
landscape pastels for over 15 years. In each medium her focus has been
on color and sense of place, reflecting the multiple dimensions of
nature and the Vermont landscape.
